The Ideal Candidate The Ideal Candidate Will Have At least 2-3 years PAE as a Lawyer with strong experience in Wills and Estates law matters. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.Experience in wills & estates litigation, drafting wills, powers of attorney, claims against deceased estates, guardianship, personal and business succession planning, trusts, probate, grants of representation and superannuation issues and administration of deceased estates will be well regarded, however not all is essential.Experience in other practice areas such as property law and commercial law a bonus.Long term commitmentExcellent attention to detail and advanced communication skillsExperience with LEAP software and MS Office preferred.General IT skills and competence.More experienced candidates are also strongly encouraged to applyExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to build lasting partnerships with clients.Business acumen.Develop and nurture strategic relationships with related professionals and referral partners.Participate in structured networking activities and assist with business development.
