Job Description About the Role! Joining the heart & soul of our Hotel team, our Housekeeping Department carries out allocated general cleaning duties, aiming and achieving high standards of cleanliness and presentation for the rooms and public areas of the Hotel. As well as making sure our rooms and public spaces are sparkling clean and comfortable, we also provide efficient, friendly and professional service in all our interactions to make our guests feel welcome and cared for. Your duties as a Houseperson include: Maintaining the cleanliness standards for the hotel's public areas and housekeeping pantries. Re-stocking and maintaining housekeeping inventory levels including linen, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee etc. Delivering requested materials to guest rooms upon request. Providing friendly, approachable and professional relationships with our guests. Report maintenance issues promptly, showing your dedication to a flawless experience.
