About the role: You’ll act on a broad range of recovery, enforcement, and commercial litigation matters involving banking and finance clients . Key responsibilities include: Drafting documentation related to recovery and enforcement. Managing litigation files and multiple workloads. Attending court and undertaking advocacy work. Conducting research and reviewing legislative updates. The ideal candidate: 1–3 years’ PQE with experience in Banking & Finance, Recovery, or Commercial Litigation. Strong drafting, communication, and file management skills. A proactive and collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail. Confident managing competing priorities and delivering pragmatic legal solutions.
