About the Role: As a Carpenter with Mass Builders, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, renovating, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, wallboard, and other materials. You will play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications. Measure, mark, and arrange materials for cutting and shaping. Construct and install structural frameworks, including wall framing, flooring, and roofing. Install fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinetry, staircases, and mouldings. Execute formwork for concrete structures Renovate and repair existing structures and fixtures. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely and effectively. About You: The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A formal trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III or equivalent). Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong portfolio of work. Solid knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
