Roles will be tailored to suit junior to senior-level applicants, and may include: • Managing trust accounts for residential property portfolios (from small to 1000 properties) • Accurate data entry for supplier and tenant invoices • Client invoicing and uploads to trust accounting software • Reconciliation of daily and monthly trust bank accounts • Handling email enquiries and client support • Correcting BPAY returns and managing banking uploads • Mentoring junior team members (senior applicants only) • Acting as the escalation point for complex trust matters (senior applicants only) • Assisting with the continual improvement of internal systems and processes The Candidate Whether you're a junior with strong admin skills or a seasoned Trust Manager — if you have a background in real estate and a passion for numbers, this role could be a great fit.
