Job Specification: As Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the pharmacy's daily operations and leading a small team to deliver top-tier customer service and health care. You'll be dispensing, counselling, checking nursing home medication packs, and providing professional services in a forward pharmacy model. This is a sole pharmacist role supported by a full-time Pharmacy Assistant and a Dispensary Technician. You'll be expected to manage store performance, ensuring alignment with key objectives and budgets, while also driving customer loyalty through excellent service delivery. This is a fixed-term contract role (18 months) to cover parental leave, with the potential for ongoing work at another site post-contract.
