We are currently hiring for a leading investment bank based in Sydney at Mid to Senior Associate level. You’ll play a key role in the execution of complex and high-profile deals, working closely with senior bankers on strategic mandates across M&A, ECM & DCM. The role will suit an Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to deepen their expertise within the financial services sector. Lead valuation analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence processes. Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and board-level documentation. Contribute to origination efforts by developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities. Support and mentor Analysts, ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs. Candidate Profile 5–7 years’ experience across M&A - ideally with a top tier investment bank or those returning from corporate development may also be considered. Strong technical capability in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, commercial mindset. Exposure to high-value, complex transactions in the financial services space.
