Your opportunity Due to continued growth, we have opportunities for talented individuals to join our Major Projects Advisory Team in Sydney, New South Wales. You will play a key role in working in a growth team to provide financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure projects across every stage of the asset lifecycle, from investment decision and business case, through procurement and transaction processes, throughout the delivery phase and into operations. As an Associate you will be responsible for supporting deliverables and initiatives on projects across various functions and work streams. Key Responsibilities: Developing business cases and options. Advising on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis. Providing transaction management services. Developing tender documentation and leading and managing tender processes. Developing commercial principles, term sheets, transaction documentation and contracts. Strategic asset management including development of asset management plans Building financial models and conducting financial analysis. Leveraging specialist knowledge and subject matter expertise in relevant infrastructure sectors (transport, energy, social infrastructure, defence and national security, real estate, or water). Commercial expertise working on large infrastructure projects ideally from a consultant/advisory perspective.
