Job Description About the Client: A federal government agency delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs across critical national platforms. This role supports a high-impact project focused on OpenText xECM integration within SAP environments, contributing to secure and scalable digital infrastructure. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced OpenText Technical Consultant – SAP Basis to join a high-performance team delivering enterprise-grade solutions. You’ll be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of OpenText xECM for SAP, working across multiple environments and ensuring seamless integration and performance. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade OpenText xECM components including Content Server, Directory Services, Web Services, and Archive Centre. Support full lifecycle implementations of OpenText xECM for SAP—from design to go-live. Perform system monitoring, patch management, performance tuning, and backup/recovery. Collaborate with SAP Basis teams to ensure seamless integration and system stability. Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams. Required Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with OpenText xECM for SAP. Proven track record in SAP Extended ECM implementations. Strong knowledge of OpenText architecture and administration. Experience with OpenText System Center and related tools. Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Highly Desirable: OpenText and SAP certifications. Experience delivering complex SAP projects in government or enterprise environments. NV1 clearance (or Baseline clearance with eligibility to obtain NV1). Australian Citizenship (mandatory due to security clearance requirements). What’s on Offer?
