Job Description About the Client: A large federal government department delivering enterprise-wide SAP transformation programs across critical national platforms. This role supports a high-impact project focused on implementing SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) to enhance operational efficiency and asset visibility. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering innovative SAP solutions. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and testing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, leading workshops, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP PM stream across full end-to-end project lifecycles (minimum 4 implementations). Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and process architects. Customise SAP EAM solutions and understand core data structures and flows. Resolve defects and issues through strong problem-solving and client engagement. Deliver key project milestones on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Required Experience: Extensive SAP implementation experience, particularly in the PM domain. Strong knowledge of SAP EAM and general understanding of other SAP modules. Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Australian Citizenship (mandatory). AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory).
