Join Us and Make an Impact The Project & Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the TAM portfolio at Ravenhall Correctional Centre . This role encompasses the full lifecycle of project management—including planning, execution, and control—either directly or through coordination with project and operational teams. Key responsibilities include managing financials, schedules, resources (including subcontractors), and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Responsibilities Project Delivery : Take overall responsibility for delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring quality standards are met. Lifecycle and Asset Management : Maintain up-to-date lifecycle forecasts and CAMS Asset data and deliver the annual works plan per the Lifecycle Asset Management Plan. Asset Condition Assessments : Coordinate and conduct third-party and annual asset condition assessments. CAMS implemented across all sites Documentation : Produce and maintain essential project management documentation, including project plans, communication plans, Annual Works Plan and Reports Financial Oversight : Take ownership of project financial performance, providing accurate cost estimates, maintaining financial forecasts, and controlling costs to maximize productivity. Customer Relations : Build customer confidence, maintain satisfaction, resolve issues quickly, and seek further business opportunities. Risk Management : Implement risk management strategies to address engineering and technical risks proactively. Ensure project safety plans, systems and HSE processes are implemented Contract Management : Manage project contracts including development of contracts/scopes of work, valuing/certifying payments, valuing variations, accepting finished works, and resolving and negotiating disputes with subcontractors and clients Stakeholder Communication : Manage effective communication with all project stakeholders and represent Honeywell in negotiations with external partners. Change Management : Drive change management initiatives within the project team while fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications BSc, Eng or project management degree or equivalent technical or management experience required. Direct Project Management history of $3M projects Thorough knowledge of leading and developing a projects field operation and financial management Proven experience in managing Lifecycle of Assets in a Critical Infrastructure Facility Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others Proven experience in project management including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning. Proven ability to develop and lead a team. Understanding of business, technology and external environment.
