Your Organisation: Our client, a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator to support the operations of a community-focused project designed to empower and connect people with local services. Your Responsibilities Run the Hub smoothly, keeping it welcoming and professional. Be the go-to contact for carers, service providers, and community partners. Help carers tap into local resources, services, and opportunities. Support creation of tools and materials that boost carer independence. Build and nurture connections with local organisations and networks. Assist with scheduling, rostering, and drop-in sessions. Keep admin and intake processes accurate and efficient. About you Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities with ease. Proactive, positive, and forward-thinking, with the confidence to work independently. Excellent communicator, able to build genuine rapport with people from all walks of life. Experience in administration, community services, or coordination roles. Confident with MS Office and quick to learn new systems. A supportive team player who is adaptable, proactive, and dedicated to helping others. This role is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, based in the office. Initial contract is 2–4 weeks, with the possibility of extension. You must be available to commence immediately!
