Your Role The Cathedral College are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Principal to join their team. This is a full-time continuing position (38 HPW) commencing from November 2025, or as negotiated with the successful applicant. The Executive Assistant plays an integral role in managing the Principal’s calendar, correspondence, and office operations while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. They support recruitment processes by preparing employment documentation, coordinating references, liaising with applicants, and providing administrative support to the Leadership Team. About you The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Previous experience in a busy school office would be advantageous.
