What You’ll Be Doing • Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments (owning your desk, not waiting to be spoon-fed). • Sourcing and engaging top candidates – beyond just posting job ads. • Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and candidates. • Using the latest recruitment tools and technology to deliver results. • Driving outcomes that make a real impact for both clients and candidates. What We’re Looking For You don’t have to come from a recruitment background to join us; in fact, we would prefer this! This is not a role for a senior, skilled recruiter; a few years of exposure, or, if you’ve worked in marketing, sales, PR, retail, account management, or any role where communication and influencing skills are key, we’d love to talk to you. • Local Perth knowledge: This is essential. You don’t need IT sector experience, but you do need to understand how the Perth market works. • Strong communication skills: You’ll be speaking with senior decision-makers daily. Clear, confident, and professional communication is a must. • Ownership of your work: We’re here to support, not micromanage. • Motivation and drive: Recruitment is a skill and a craft. We want people who take it seriously and want to get better every day. • Tech-savvy mindset: Comfortable with modern business tools and digital platforms.
