You will design and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that reflect children's interests and embed the EYLF and NQS into daily practice. You will mentor and coach educators in your room, encouraging reflective practice and professional growth. You will actively contribute to the services Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), bringing your ideas and leadership to curriculum decisions. This role also involves building strong partnerships with families and engaging with the local community to create meaningful learning experiences.
