About the Role Seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the energetic team at the Flagship store in Marion! With a customer eccentric focus and delivering exceptional customer experiences being a non-negotiable, this role is surely set to reward with a fun environment and rewarding sales and career growth. If you love fast paced environments, crushing sales results, strong customer service skills, working in a great team culture and working with top global brands, this is the perfect role for you Skills and Experience You will need to be a customer orientated expert, providing personalised and expertise sales and advice. Work within a large team, motivating all to achieve sales targets and KPIS with consistent team coaching and training. Lead by example and deliver results and fantastic culture. Work with the store manager to deliver and exceed KPIS and store targets; including wage control and company policies and guidelines Support and lead daily store operations - stock control and management and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring store presentation is maintained at all times and tasks are achieved. Champion team and community engagement to increase brand awareness and community connections * Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements in line with national and state regulations.
