The Position Trinity Grammar School is seeking to appoint a visionary and dynamic leader to serve as Head of the Preparatory School, educating boys aged 4-12 years. This is a significant and strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced educator who will oversee all aspects of the Preparatory School’s life and operations, including academic leadership, pastoral care, staff development, and the cultivation of a strong and positive organisational culture. Reporting to the Headmaster, the Head of the Preparatory School plays a vital role in the whole-school leadership team, working in close collaboration with the School Executive to shape and deliver Trinity’s mission across all campuses. As such, the role carries particular responsibility for ensuring that the ethos of the School is clearly articulated, consistently enacted, and deeply embedded in the daily life of the Preparatory School. The successful candidate will contribute meaningfully to whole-school strategy, culture, and educational direction, ensuring alignment with Trinity’s commitment to providing boys with a thoroughly Christian education in mind, body, and spirit. This role requires a mature and active Christian whose faith is evident in both personal and professional life. Organisation Trinity Grammar School is an independent, high-fee, Anglican school for boys in Sydney. With more than 2300 students, the School consists of a secondary campus in Summer Hill, a remote Year 9 campus in the Shoalhaven, and two primary school campuses, being the Junior School in Summer Hill, and the Preparatory School in Strathfield.
