Duties: Perform general carpentry duties according to working drawings and design specifications, Oversee Framing works & finishing/fixout works, and coordaining closely with trades and subcontractors. Quality assurance. In-ground/earthworks and concrete formwork Manage excavators Programming three week look ahead Requirements: Experienced delivering multi-million $ architectural renovation Cert III in Carpentry and 4 years’ experience outside your apprenticeship QBCC Site Supervisors License Loyal working history of running safe sites Thorough knowledge of QLD Building Codes & Practices Reliable ute and own tools Ideally have: Exceptional rapport building and key stakeholder liaison skills Team player with a can-do attitude that is driven to succeed Not afraid to get in the trenches with your site team Experience doing house raises and building unders would be favoured Suspended slab exposure The above-noted position is a long-term role for the right person who wants to join a great team.
