Due to ongoing growth, they’re now on the lookout for an experienced, hands-on Site Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day site operations — overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring every build meets the highest standards. The Role As the Site Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force on the ground — coordinating trades, managing materials, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for site mobilisation, quality control, safety, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on, site-based role , ideal for someone who enjoys being in the thick of it — leading by example, problem-solving on the fly, and making sure each project runs like clockwork. Key Responsibilities Site Management Plan and coordinate site mobilisation to ensure readiness Supervise all site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project schedules Conduct site inspections, manage compliance, and maintain quality standards Manage defect lists and prepare for client handovers Programming and Scheduling Use construction management software to oversee workflows and reporting Update schedules, monitor progress, and address on-site priorities Coordinate purchase orders and liaise with admin support Financial Control Manage costs within project budgets and complete variation reports Ensure materials, permits, and resources are appropriately managed People and Team Management Lead, motivate, and supervise subcontractors and internal teams Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and site-specific inductions Promote a positive, safety-first culture Compliance and Safety Take ownership of site safety and environmental performance Ensure all safety documentation and hazard registers are up to date Conduct regular safety inspections and manage incident responses Asset Maintenance Monitor equipment registers, schedule maintenance, and manage asset reports What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams Trade background and practical, hands-on approach Solid understanding of construction management software and modern site tech Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Strong commitment to quality, safety, and deadlines Why Join Our Client?
