About the Role: We’re currently seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker who is ready to roll up their sleeves, build genuine relationships, and support someone awesome to live their best life. About You: You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and mental health needs . Are comfortable supporting someone who smokes . Enjoy playing soccer (bonus points if you can teach a few tricks!). Love drawing , writing jokes , and sharing a good laugh. Appreciate a nice cup of coffee and a friendly chat. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing personal care and assisting with community participation (think: fun outings and daily adventures!). Supporting daily living skills while keeping the environment safe, tidy, and uplifting . Helping clients live independently and achieve their goals .
