You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex behaviours, mentoring your team, and stepping in to provide hands-on support when needed. You'll also liaise with families and stakeholders to co-design care plans that empower our clients to thrive. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring a team of support workers Managing rosters and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and UDC quality frameworks Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and skill development Fostering a positive, supportive team culture What You’ll Bring ✔ Diploma (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field ✔ 3–4 years’ experience leading or mentoring teams in disability or aged care ✔ Strong understanding of person-centred practices and NDIS compliance ✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills ✔ Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and valid Driver’s Licence Why Join UDC?
