Our Client Our client is a top tier funds management business that currently has an exciting opportunity in their Client Services team for a dynamic and proactive professional. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Assist with issuing capital calls to investors Communicate proactively on investment performance, issues or risks. Perform AML/CTF compliance obligations and KYC verification processes. Provide KYC Platform support to investors Ensure compliance with reporting and disclosure requirements, including regulatory standards and IMAs. The Candidate Ideally 1-4 years’ experience in a similar role within funds management or wider financial services. Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build strong relationships built on respect and trust. Results-driven with the initiative to drive excellent outcomes for clients. Able to work autonomously as well as within a team Positive mindset, willingness to learn and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
