What you’ll do: • Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, training, complaints handling and offboarding. • Ensure award compliance, guide/coach managers and champion a positive workplace culture. • Develop and drive big-picture HR strategy and projects in collaboration with senior leadership • Drive and deliver HR projects such as new contracts & policies, LMS rollout, EAP implementation and a wage transition project. • Oversee workers comp and return-to-work programs. What you’ll bring: • 5 years’ HR experience, ideally in disability/community services (however, flexible on specific experience). • Empathy, professionalism, and great communication skills. • Strong understanding of Modern Awards & HR frameworks. • Collaborative, caring, and hands-on leadership style. • HR, business or related qualifications current driver’s licence.
