Your days will be varied — from managing complex diaries and travel arrangements to supporting board meetings, coordinating projects, and helping the leadership team stay focused on strategic goals. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day executive support, including calendar and inbox management. Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, and reports. Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
