You’ll work closely with both members and employers to investigate and resolve service issues, always operating within legislative and policy frameworks. Your work helps uphold the integrity of the LeavePlus scheme and contributes directly to member outcomes. Description What you’ll be doing: Investigate and resolve missing service requests in line with legislative requirements. Communicate clearly and empathetically with members and stakeholders to resolve queries and complaints. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to capability uplift. Manage administrative tasks that support case management and service delivery. What you’ll bring: Experience in a problem-solving role requiring critical thinking and sound decision-making. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information. Confidence working with legislation or regulatory frameworks, with a member-first mindset. Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines. Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and listening—with a focus on clarity and empathy.
