You contribute to the delivery of high-quality care by providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the integrity and timeliness of essential service data. Your responsibilities include assisting with outpatient clinic operations, scheduling appointments, answering phones and directing calls or queries, entering time-sensitive clinical and legal data, and maintaining medical records. By performing your administrative duties in a friendly, courteous manner, you help enhance the experience of our elderly consumers and their carers families, ensuring services are delivered with care, accuracy and compassion by our professional staff and community services. The classification for this position will be YC89 ($72,269 per annum pro rata) Your Contribution Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate a range of administrative duties within a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
