Roles and Responsibilities Support implementation of ONE HSE Culture and Safety Essentials Maintain awareness of SHE(Q) risks and support mitigation efforts Communicate safety requirements to subcontractors Review subcontractor safety questionnaires and verify capability Track and report progress against role/responsibility profiles Manage data entry and extraction in incident management system Prepare and update Project Safety Plans and registers Provide SHE(Q) admin support to project teams Maintain site presence and build stakeholder relationships Support safety planning and controls during project delivery Participate in inductions and onboarding Manage PPE orders, inventory, and distribution Ensure compliance with legal and company SHE(Q) requirements Support performance reviews and development processes As a company that values diversity as a source of talent, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging and engagement so that all people can participate on an equal opportunity basis.
