The Company Our client is a not-for-profit. The Role As the People and Culture Administrator, you will be providing hands-on support to the People and Culture team, and wider organisation. You will use your time-management, organisation and communication skills to be a proactive team player, coordinating administrative processes and assisting with P&C related queries when required. This is a 4 week contract, and is a great opportunity for any P&C candidate to add further experience to their CV. Working Holiday Visa candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Duties As the P&C Administrator, your duties will include: Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. Employee contract generation. Posting job advertisements. Pre-screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Maintaining the HRIS. Managing the P&C inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner. Reviewing P&C policies and updating where required. Your Profile To be a successful candidate for this role, you will ideally have: 1 year experience working in P&C and/or Talent Acquisition Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite Availability for the next 4 weeks An enthusiastic and positive attitude!
