About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Customer Service & Sales Administration Support. This role combines customer service, sales support, and general office administration. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email Deliver outstanding service to retail partners, sales agents, and direct consumers Support the sales team with accurate order entry, processing, and tracking Maintain up-to-date records of orders, returns, and exchanges Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and product information packs Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of goods Handle customer issues with professionalism and efficiency to achieve positive outcome Administration & Office Support Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office administration tasks Book and track domestic and international shipments with carriers including FedEx, TNT, and Australia Post Verify courier invoices against bookings, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed Oversee petty cash, credit card, and Australia Post account reconciliations Maintain organised filing systems, data entry, and accurate office records Monitor and replenish office supplies as required Assist with coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management Provide support across ad hoc projects and day-to-day operational tasks What We’re Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills A customer-first mindset with a positive, helpful attitude High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); willingness to learn ERP/CRM systems Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration (preferred but not essential) Interest in footwear, fashion, or retail industries highly regarded What We Offer Entry-level role with full training provided Career development opportunities in sales, product, or account management Exposure to leading footwear brands and industry professionals A supportive and collaborative team environment
