The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team in either Bayswater or South Melbourne, VIC. This full-time role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for ensuring we maintain full compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations across 2 RTOs with a national focus (40890 and 45497), including those set by ASQA, the Standards for RTOs 2025, and state-based funding bodies. This role combines hands-on compliance work with leadership responsibilities, undertaking internal audits, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will manage staff, conduct audits, develop policies and procedures, and maintain accurate student records using aXcelerate.
