This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Theatre Manager or Nurse Leader ready to take the next step into a NUM position within Cardiac or as a Scrub Scout within the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Overseeing a premium and highly regarded hospital facility, you'll be supported by an experienced executive team and empowered to lead a highly skilled clinical workforce. This is a long-term leadership opportunity where you'll play a key role in shaping the growth strategy and continuing to raise the bar in surgical excellence. The Role As the Assistant Nurse Unit Manager or NUM, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership, and operational management of the surgical unit. Your expertise in perioperative care, cardiac, or as a scrub scout along with a proactive approach to clinical governance, quality improvement, and staff mentoring, will ensure best practice standards are maintained across every aspect of the patient journey.
