Lifting Supervisor - Wind Farms | Regional QLD | Immediate Start Long-term contract | Excellent rates | Accommodation, LAFHA & Vehicle provided About the Role Join a leading renewable energy contractor as a Lifting Supervisor on a major wind farm project in Regional Queensland. You'll oversee turbine installation and lead a high-performing crew of direct labour and subcontractors. This is a long-term position with the potential for ongoing work on future projects across Australia. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the safe installation of wind turbines Develop and manage lifting and rigging plans Work closely with the Installation Site Manager and client representatives Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full WHS compliance Manage subcontractors, vendors, and community relations Maintain operational oversight of the site during construction Skills & Experience Proven experience in crane operations or heavy lift supervision (essential) Strong background in safety leadership and compliance Wind farm or renewable project experience (highly regarded) Excellent communication and relationship management skills Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic site environments Willingness to work on rotation in regional Queensland What's on Offer Excellent hourly rates 10/4 or 3/1 roster options (depending on location) Accommodation, LAFHA & company vehicle provided Long-term project with strong pipeline of future work How to Apply If this sounds like the right role for you, click 'Apply Now' or send your CV directly to darryl.read@acrworld.com .
