You'll play a key role in maintaining HR compliance, engagement, and coordination between site and corporate offices. Your responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end HR support including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and inductions Preparing and maintaining employment contracts and HR documentation Acting as the first point of contact for HR and employee relations queries Supporting engagement, wellbeing, and training initiatives across the project site Maintaining HR records, data, and systems with accuracy and confidentiality Assisting with HR reporting, compliance checks, and process improvement activities About You Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline 3 years' HR experience, ideally in construction, energy, or infrastructure projects Strong organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail Confident working independently in a site-based role Friendly, proactive, and solutions-focused approach How to Apply Click "Apply Now" to submit your resume, or contact Darryl Read at darryl.read@acrworld.com for further information.
