Our Client is delivering a premium office fit out in the heart of Canberra. The project involves the full delivery of a modern workplace including open-plan office areas, meeting suites, breakout spaces, and high-end joinery and finishes. Works will be delivered under a tight program in a live building environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget. Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality assurance, and logistics. Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Design Manager, and client representatives. Maintain high standards of workmanship and finish, particularly across detailed joinery and architectural elements. Enforce Unispace's safety and environmental policies. Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reporting. Oversee defect rectification and final handover. Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering commercial office fit outs or refurbishments , ideally $1M-$10M in value. Trade background (carpentry or similar) highly regarded. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, services coordination, and finish quality. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. White Card and current driver's licence required. Opportunity to work with a leading design and build specialist in the commercial sector.
