The site currently has; Ensuited rooms with air conditioning and wifi Good quality and consistent standard of meals Clean camp and site with large array of facilities & activities The Roster Enjoy an attractive 2/2 even time roster (a week of days / week of nights), the travel would consist of the below; Fly into site at 8am Tuesdays from Adelaide typically (Port Augusta optional) - 12-hour shifts Arrive back in Adelaide around 11am Mondays for R&R Interstate arrive the night prior to Adelaide with accom provided and fly the next morning to site Departing site at conclusion of your swing in the morning and fly out of Adelaide mid-morning/midday The Role Your experience as a heavy diesel fitter will see you working across the surface workshop with surface breakdown work included, company fleet consisting of earthmoving machinery - CAT & Sandvik trucks, loaders, drills and more. Undertaking scheduled and preventative maintenance, repairs, and fitting parts Attending breakdowns, fault finding and diagnostic work, and providing technical support Working within safety guidelines, policies, and procedures Your Value The ideal candidate will come from a heavy background of either mining, civil, road transport or agricultural - mobile plant experience is advantageous but all levels will suit as great opportunity to learn and grow your skills. 1-2 years minimum post trade - cert 3 heavy fitting qualification Electrical and hydraulics experience Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence Able to obtain a National Police Check within 6 - 12 months Able to contribute and work well within a supportive and dynamic crew culture Work safely within company guidelines The opportunity & why apply?
