Description About the Opportunity We are seeking a civil design engineer to join our Melbourne office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys technical design. In this role, you will: Deliver civil engineering designs independently across all stages – concept, functional, and detailed design. Collaborate on the design and delivery of land development and infrastructure projects, including residential and industrial subdivisions, road networks, drainage systems, and utility services. Partner with design leads to achieve high-quality outcomes for our clients. Work to scope and budget, ensuring efficient and cost-effective project delivery in partnership with project managers. Contribute to our philosophy of One Team, working closely with other disciplines and offices across Spiire to achieve integrated project outcomes. About You We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent technical outcomes for clients and working with a team. You will bring: A Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Previous experience in land development and/or infrastructure design.
