Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to delivery schedules and company standards, ensuring all items are handled with care. Receive, check, and store incoming stock and materials, verifying quantities against delivery documentation. Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness , ensuring aisles, racks, and storage areas are safe and free from hazards. Assist with inventory control and stocktakes , reporting any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors. Work collaboratively with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
