Warehouse Supervisor Palram Australia is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of polycarbonate products. An opportunity exists for a full-time Warehouse Supervisor for our Geebung site. The successful candidate will have strong warehouse management experience with the required skills to effectively manage the daily operations of our warehouse. In this role, you will work closely with our customer service team to ensure we are meeting and exceeding operational requirements. This is a full-time role working between the hours of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (can vary due to workload). Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Lead, train and motivate all warehouse staff. Work collaboratively with our customer service team and management to ensure we are achieving operational excellence. Assign and delegate tasks to balance workload distribution. Ensure efficient and accurate picking and packing of sales orders. Manage and monitor all inventory and stock levels. Assist with stock discrepancies and investigations as or if required. Liaise with different transport companies to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Assist in measures to increase warehouse productivity and improve warehouse processes. Be aware of Health and Safety issues to ensure safe work practices and environment. Regularly review warehouse equipment and supplies, arranging for repairs and replacements as necessary. Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing warehouse culture.
