Super) ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support a high-profile automation and integration initiative in the public transport and road safety space. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with business and technical teams to define, document, and implement process and system improvements within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Engage and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders to capture and validate business requirements and user needs. Analyse existing business rules, policies, and dependencies to design practical and compliant process improvements. Prepare structured documentation for governance approvals, change control, and executive review. Translate technical solutions into business impacts and support change management activities. Collaborate with the Product Owner, configurators, and testers to ensure accurate delivery of business intent. Provide input to the automation test strategy and assist with user acceptance testing activities. Contribute to iterative/agile delivery cycles and participate in project meetings, workshops, and working groups. MORE ABOUT YOU Proven experience as a Business Analyst in projects leveraging Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM systems. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. Skilled in developing documentation such as user stories, process maps, and requirements specifications. Solid understanding of business process design, governance frameworks, and compliance standards . Exposure to Agile, PRINCE2, and ITIL methodologies. Proficient in Jira and Confluence for requirements and project tracking. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to work under compressed delivery timelines.
