Super) ROLE OVERVIEW We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics (UAT & Testing Focus) to join a fast-paced program within the transport and road safety sector. You'll play a key role in delivering process automation, system optimisation, and user testing activities within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. This role requires a mix of analytical, technical, and testing skills to support business outcomes and ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Work closely with stakeholders and the Product Owner to gather, document, and refine business requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and defect management across Dynamics 365 and integrated platforms. Contribute to process design, requirements analysis, and testing activities across both business and technical streams. Develop and execute detailed test plans, ensuring business needs are met and compliance standards are maintained. Support iterative and agile delivery cycles with progressive delivery of requirements and test outcomes. Ensure documentation, workflows, and business rules align with enterprise policies and system standards. MORE ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst (UAT & Testing Focus) within Dynamics 365 . Proven capability in requirements gathering, documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) . Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business rules and policy requirements with technical outcomes. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. Understanding of PRINCE2 and ITIL project methodologies.
