Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll work closely with trade and retail customers, providing tailored advice across a wide range of products and services to ensure every customer gets exactly what they need. What You'll Do: Deliver in-store and phone sales support, offering practical and design-focused solutions using CAD software. Prepare and follow up on project quotations to drive sales results. Maintain stock levels, assist with customer pick-ups, and ensure a well-presented store. Engage in regular training and contribute to a strong safety culture. What You'll Bring: Proven experience driving sales in a trade, retail, or building environment. Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy, with confidence using software and CAD systems. Organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves. Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
