About the Role Based at our global head office in Kilsyth, Melbourne, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ARB’s international growth. Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, you will oversee an assigned territory and work closely with ARB’s international team to develop and implement business development strategies across key accounts and export markets. You’ll be responsible for building and sustaining relationships with distributors, dealers, OEMs, e-commerce partners, fleet customers, and government agencies. Your efforts will help expand ARB’s market share and ensure our customers worldwide experience the same premium quality, innovation, and reliability that define our brand. Identify opportunities for new business with existing key accounts, including exploring new markets and potential customers. Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and business reviews to strengthen relationships and gather feedback. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and solutions to win new business while maintaining profitability. Analyse customer data and market trends to identify opportunities and improve service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to execute sales activities, gather market feedback, ensure quality customer service and timely delivery of services. Represent ARB at trade shows and industry events as required. International travel will be required, typically three to four times per year, depending on business needs and market activity. About You You are a commercially astute, results-driven professional with a passion for the automotive industry and international business. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex challenges with practical solutions. You’ll bring: Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in the automotive sector. Minimum 2 years’ sales experience and 2 years customer service experience. Experience in developing new markets and diversifying sales channels. Strong understanding of OEM, aftermarket, and customer perspectives. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Language skills are highly valued, with Japanese and/or French considered particularly desirable.
