MCL Commercial Services is a respected name in landscape and property maintenance throughout Perth. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated gardener to join our team in a full-time role. You’ll be based out of our Landsdale workshop, attending various commercial and residential sites across the Perth metro area. About the Role: As part of our gardening team, you’ll carry out maintenance and landscaping work at different client sites each day. You’ll work both independently and with team members, taking pride in delivering high-quality, reliable service. Key Responsibilities: Garden and grounds maintenance: mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, weeding, mulching Use and upkeep of garden tools and commercial equipment Turf care, planting, and seasonal garden tasks Basic irrigation system checks Ensuring a clean and safe working environment on all job sites Representing the company professionally when interacting with clients What You’ll Need: Previous experience in gardening or landscaping (minimum 1–2 years) Confidence operating equipment such as whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc. Sound knowledge of plants and garden care Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) White Card and horticultural qualifications highly regarded What We Offer: Full-time, ongoing position with stable hours Competitive pay, based on experience Work vehicle and tools provided during work hours Friendly, supportive team and leadership Depot located in Landsdale with daily travel to sites across Perth Opportunities for training and career development Apply Now If you’re passionate about outdoor work and want to join a team that values quality and reliability, we want to hear from you.
