About the Opportunity The Carpentaria Shire Council is looking for an experience licenced operator to join its Town Crew. This position will be based at Council’s Depot Old Croydon Road and will operate and carry out the basic maintenance of Council’s Garbage Truck for the collection and transportation of residential and commercial waste throughout Normanton and Karumba. In addition, the employee will be hands on and be responsible for the general tidiness of the transfer site at both Normanton and Karumba. To be successful in this position you will have proven operation experience and be a precise and efficient operator.
