If you're ready for a dynamic environment where no two days are the same-this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing Manage complex travel arrangements for VIP and high-profile clients. Build multi-leg, international itineraries tailored to individual client preferences. Handle all bookings, ticketing, changes, and reissues across air, rail, hotel and ancillary services. Resolve client queries and complaints with professionalism and care. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery. Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives. Accompany clients on tour or productions if required. About You 4 years of travel consulting experience, ideally within entertainment or high-demand sectors. Strong knowledge of airfares, GDS systems (Travelport preferred), ticketing and reissues. Experience managing VIP or entertainment clients-film, music, theatre, media or touring. Excellent communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
