Due to growing demand for services, our client is looking for a supportive and self-motivated Speech Pathologist to join the team. In this role you will provide assessment and therapy services within the clinic and across community settings. Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans Manage a diverse caseload; language, speech, fluency, feeding and swallowing conditions across the lifespan Work collaboratively with the wider team of clinicians Participate in team meetings, conferences, and regular supervision Gradual introduction to your caseload and daily tasks What’s on Offer Base salary of $78,500 - $110,000 super (depending on experience) Fortnightly supervision and mentoring provided in-house Generous external professional development allowance & study leave A gradual introduction to your new role with reduced billable hours Genuine team environment, where you'll be supported and welcomed Opportunities to specialise your caseload to areas of interest Career progression pathways within the organisation Who we are looking for Be part of a team that prospers on similar values and a partnered spirit.
