We have partnered with a long standing self insurer who are seeking experienced Workers Compensation Senior Case Managers or a Quality Assurance or Compliance specialist to join their team in Southern Sydney. With flexible working and a hybrid role (remote considered based on experience) The Role: Oversee and coordinate the daily compliance activities to strong performance against compliance requirements and KPI’s Coach, train and upskill staff with tailored continuous improvement initiatives Provide senior support in portfolio management during peak periods, planned and unplanned leave Ensure accountability on actions delegated Coordinate action plans to assist the Claims team ensuring compliance with SIRA About You: Have strong existing experience in managing claims within worker’s compensation (Self Insurance Experience Desired) Confident to relay constructive feedback and encourage team collaboration and upskilling High attention to detail with excellent communication skills Evidence of mentorship and coaching experience within previous workers compensation roles.
