We're partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage in Sydney CBD to recruit a Claims Administrator to support their broking team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced brokers, gain hands-on exposure to a broad portfolio, and develop your career within a supportive and professional environment. The Role: Provide administrative and claims support to Account Executives and Senior Brokers. Assist with preparing quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation. Liaise with insurers, clients, and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing. Maintain up-to-date client files and compliance records. Respond to client enquiries and provide a high standard of service. Gain exposure to a wide range of commercial insurance products and learn the end-to-end broking process.
