We’re looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our clients digital design team and take ownership of creating seamless, engaging customer experiences. You’ll lead the design of new features, refresh existing site areas, and use data-driven insights to deliver a smoother, more intuitive journey across web and mobile. This role suits someone with a strong design eye, strategic thinking, and the confidence to champion their ideas while collaborating with developers, creatives, and marketing teams. What you’ll do: Design and refine website features for an optimal customer experience. Conduct A/B testing and use analytics to inform improvements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and assets that bring concepts to life. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent, on-brand digital content. Ensure a mobile-first, responsive design approach across all touchpoints. What we’re looking for: 4–5 years’ UX/UI design experience, ideally in eCommerce. Strong skills in Figma/Zeplin and Adobe Creative Suite. Proven ability to turn insights into effective user journeys. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
