We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Ticketing Administrator to join our Ticketing and Operations team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality ticketing services to patrons, artists, and clients, ensuring seamless event delivery from setup to settlement. You will be responsible for ticketing builds in our system, supporting box office operations, managing ticket allocations, preparing sales reports, and assisting with patron enquiries. Collaborating closely with producers, marketing, and front-of-house teams, your work will help deliver outstanding audience experiences across Brisbane Powerhouse’s diverse program of performances and festivals. About you At least two years’ experience in ticketing, box office, or related administrative role, ideally within an arts, entertainment, or venue environment. Strong technical skills with ticketing software (e.g., Ticketek, Ticketmaster, or similar). Excellent organisational skills, proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on delivering excellent customer service. Accuracy and attention to detail in reporting, settlements, and data entry.
